One Re-PUG-lican down, many more to go...

So, it would seem that DeLay has decided to throw in the towel. What set of balls he has, calling his prosecutor an "unabashed partisan zealot." If that isn't the pot calling the kettle black, I don't know what is.

The whole Re-PUG-lican party seems to be caught in the same situation, the high-and-mighty attitudes resulting in corruption to the core. they all need to be thrown out on their collective asses.

And, like rats leaving a sinking ship, they're lashing out at their one-time fearless leader, the chimp in the whitehouse. They want to keep their cushy political positions, they want to not have to join the work force that the rest of us toil in, so they'll say and do anything to get re-elected.

So, you think anything's been learned by their experience with graft and corruption?? You bet, they've taken notes, they've smartened up and they'll be better and hiding all that from us. Nothing that has gone down recently that sheds light on the real business of politics will effect real, deep-down change, a return to ethical behavior. Yes, I believe that ethical behavior was once a part of politics, but the Re-PUG-licans have dashed that idealistic view on the rocks.

Hey, the democrats aren't much better, they're significantly worse at hiding it.
